Microtherapy · image-guided therapy
Microtherapeutical developments (especially guided CT and MRI) as it happens.
microtherapy.world follows the newest developments in microtherapy — highly localized, minimally invasive treatment guided by imaging — with a primary focus on interventional CT- and MRI-guided procedures. Every product surfaced here is scored against one published, six-category rubric; the same research, conferences and product highlights go out in a newsletter once a month.
A brief history
Minimally invasive, image-guided therapy didn't arrive as a single invention. It accumulated — one imaging breakthrough and one steerable instrument at a time — across four decades, from radiologists reading film on a lightbox to scanners that guide the instrument in real time.
